Abstract
The article discusses the Older Persons Teaching and Empowering Aged Care Health Students (OPTEACH) project in New South Wales in 2018. Topics covered include its development of stakeholder resources for involvement in education sessions, and the tapping of older people as speakers on their own struggles and triumphs. Also noted is OPTEACH's facilitation of students-older people interaction that will enhance the learning of students.
