A poem in celebration of Professor Fernando Monteiro de Barros Jr, Rio de Janeiro State University, Brazil, in a festschrift published to commemorate his life and work on the occasion of his death from Covid. The poem attempts to read this distinguished professor and personal friend from the photographs he leaves behind, posted on Facebook.
