Abstract

This article aims to use organisational theory to socially research workplace perceptions and practices of paramedics and paramedic organisations as evidenced from environmental sustainability paramedic surveys and organisational strategies and policies. By comparing
systemic conditions with individual beliefs and actions, it aims to commence evidencing what workplace change initiatives may be necessary to ‘green’ paramedicine practice.
