Reflections about work: What might be my future practice roles?

Research output: Book chapter/Published conference paperChapter (peer-reviewed)peer-review

Abstract

Why do we work? Barry Schwartz (2015) wrote about this question in one of the TED (Technology, Entertainment and Design) international books that address ideas worth sharing. While for some people the answer could simply be to earn a living, he asks us to reflect on why some people find considerable job satisfaction beyond monetary gain while others are “actively disengaged” by their work.
