Abstract
Dr Peter Wilson interprets the laboriously technical and fickle process of Arabian smoked-lustre in describing Scott Barnim's development of his new body of ceramic work. Barnim, a ceramic artist from Dundas Ontario has developed particular technical understandings about the process and has tried to reinterpret this in a modern context.
