Abstract
New awareness push for greater curiosity to better understand the mechanisms of the screw. It's time for a precision viticulture. "The vine physiology, terroir," cultivation exposes in detail the current scientific knowledge: from the cultivation up to the berry metabolism. The work brings together theory and practice in the service of a new approach to viticulture, even more sustainable.
