Abstract
There are six vital phases of the process of planning the change in an organization. Once the vision for change has been finalized, an organizational change leader or manager, or a planning team, group or committee for planning the change should move on to the second phase: setting the goals and objectives for change, as mentioned in Figure 3, Chapter 4. This chapter is focused on the importance of setting the goals and objectives for change, the goal-setting process, and approaches to setting goals for change. Finally, the important points of this chapter are summarized.
