Abstract

This Video was produced to communicate the effects of pollen in the air. Research was needed to explore ways to simulate pollen, not necessarily seen in the air. Various materials were used in researching the airflow of the particles so as to film at the correct speed and capture human reaction. This video is a proof of concept whilst this research continues.

It was screened at the Living Well across the Lifespan: Faculty of Science Research Symposium 2019 as part of a research presentation, 'Something in the Air tonight' with John Harper and Bruce Graham,Rough cut - “Something in the air” - studio test for Pollen work‬.
