Abstract

Environmental sustainability or sustainable environment refers to capacity to exist and maintain the ecological systems, land, water, flora and fauna, life under and above water, including human life, both present and future, without causing any break, damage and interruption. Towards that end, it also connotes making conscious choices to address and alter factors such as global warming and production and consumption patterns, which lead to sustainable environment.
