Abstract

The purpose of this document is to report the qualitative research findings for Stages I and II of the Working Above Standard Project (WASP) in 2017. This project was conducted through the collaboration of Charles Sturt University researchers and staff of St Mary’s Primary School, Myrtleford. Funding for the project was provided through the procurement of a Denis J. B. Higgins Research Scholarship ($15421) administered through the Sandhurst Catholic Education Office, and by in kind ($16899.94) and cash ($12453.31) contributions from Charles Sturt University. Approval for the project was granted by the Catholic Education Office in accordance with policy guidelines for procedures for obtaining approval to conduct research in a Catholic School, and by the Charles Sturt University Human Ethics Committee (Approval number H17161).
