Abstract

(-)-B-[3-(Diisopropylaminodimethylsilyl)allyl]diisopinocampheylborane and Cornforth-Meyers chemistry, and Evans alkylation were employed to construct the C(26)-C(37) amide-oxazole unit of calyculin A.
