Takeaways and conclusions

Research output: Book chapter/Published conference paperChapter

Abstract

The Design for Change (DfC) experience afforded the Inclusive Education Team (IET) considerable insight derived from a longitudinal effort to create change in a higher education environment. This final chapter shares some key takeaways from the 20-year experience developing the DfC based on our research findings and observations more broadly. Following is a forward-facing discussion that reflects our thoughts and perspectives about what has been shared in the preceding chapters, informed by the assumptions described in Chap. 1 and the research described in Chaps. 6 and 7.
