Abstract

(Curator of exhibition) The aim of the exhibition was to facilitate a new kind of 'material thinking' (Paul Carter) by insisting on adding the layer of the exploration of collaborative processes to what can become the solipsistic creative research that takes place within twenty first century art schools in Australia. In addition artists were asked to consider the relationship between the objects and the texts they produce.
