    Abstract

    “The Art of Strategic Marketing War – Pearls of Wardom” captures gems of strategic and operational insight which will be useful for current and emerging managers and leaders (Gen “Y” and Gen "X”) when facing or managing issues that are new, ambiguous and challenging. With staff churn rates apparently high in most organisations, staff career development and education are two strategies worth employing to keep talent and develop managers and leaders. "The Art of Strategic Marketing War - Pearls of Wardom" was produced to tap into these strategies and provide a simple ready reckoner for current and potential managers and leaders to re-accelerate their career development.
