The 'problem' of the Bible

Research output: Book chapter/Published conference paperChapter (peer-reviewed)

Abstract

This essay outlines briefly how critical biblical scholarship has made traditional affirmations about the Bible problematic. As a case study 'relevant to our own context as contributors but also more widely among the Christian churches' I discuss the challenges flowing from the special place ascribed to the Bible within the Anglican Church of Australia.
