Abstract
The space of artists is a collaborative curatorial project facilitated by Dr James T. Farley (Charles Sturt University) and Dr Hayley Megan French (Parramatta Artists' Studios) on studio practice across Western Sydney and the Riverina. This project considers the artist studio as a social, conceptual and practiced space and how this translates between Western Sydney and the Riverina region. The Space of Artists brings together PAS artists Lill Colgan, Kirtika Kain and Gillian Kayrooz, and Riverina-based artists Greg Carosi, Alice Peacock and Pat Ronald in a 12-month dialogue with exhibition, online and public forum outcomes.
