Abstract
This book is an exploration in Christian theology. Anyone who thinks about their faith and reflects on it is doing theology. I will do so drawing on those who have given a great deal of thought to the Christian faith. I will offer what I trust is a faithful presentation of basic Christian theology from a Protestant perspective. I will do so at times pointing out the particular emphasises that the Uniting Church has with reference to both the Reformed and Methodist traditions. In what follows I will also be emphasing that the Christian faith is a matter of living the faith as well as thinking the faith.
