    Abstract

'Torn' is an original one act play that examines the repercussions of loss and grief. Performed at the 24one.2 produced by Play Every Day Productions (Adelaide), 'Torn' is written as three interweaving monologues, however, the creative team is encouraged to structure the play as they wish. Lines can be dissected, overlapped or rearranged depending on the artistic vision. Sound can be used throughout in the form of abstract noises, indiscriminate tunes, or sound-scapes created by the actors. The performance can be still or have movement throughout depending on actors ability and directors vision.
