OtherSTEM 2021 On Demand: Education for a rapidly changing world, is a FREE online and on demand event for STEM education.

It is a partnership initiative of the NSW Department of Education through its Educational Standards Directorate and an innovative evolution of the previous in-person STEM 2019 conference.

In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic forced organisers to cancel the original live event, and pivot to offer the speakers and content already planned in a new and accessible online, on demand format. We are pleased to continue this format in 2021 and to build on its success with the addition of a synchronous and asynchronous agenda.

STEM 2021 On Demand brings together some of Australia’s and the world’s experts on creativity, innovation, education and STEM. The online and on demand event is made up of a series of outstanding keynote addresses and practical online workshops that can be viewed either live or at any time over the year.

The resource has been developed so that schools can design a STEM-based staff development day. Information to support this will be available upon request.

You will also be able to connect with like-minded colleagues on our online platform in order to continue the professional dialogue.
