Abstract
This chapter presents a learning activity that assists people from all backgrounds in defining key terms for a unit while growing their professional identity. The activity is designed to encourage collaborative learning within the online context. The chapter includes an overview of the context within which the activity was originally developed. The activity is outlined and explained, including how kindness as a teaching philosophy underpins the preparation and resources.
