Abstract
Workplace Bullying is increasingly understood as a multilevel phenomenon (Reeves, 2013). With a growing understanding that most bullying is from the top down, the key to negating such behaviours are increasingly seen as structural and include a central role for employee voice. However, if management are the key protagonists they may the capacity to silence voice. This case study illustrates the remedy of whistleblowing as a means to overcome silenced voice.
