Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to measure the relative share of the Top Management Team Members’ influence on strategic decisions. Three perspectives are explored: Typology, Team Constellation and Managers' Characteristics. An additional dimension is added with an in-depth analysis of the Span of Control of each Top Management Team Manager to identify potential influencers. A model was developed which was tested through an online survey, which showed good agreement with the theory.
