Abstract
This chapter explores worms, compost cycles and multi-species performance in works by Gregory Lorenzutti and Out-of-Sync. We suggest that performance-making processes that engage in multi-species lifecycles and patterns can extend our connections to multi-species kinship, more-than-human temporalities, atmospheres and architectures. We close the chapter by considering Indigenous Australian author Alexis Wright's eulogy for the trillions of more-than-human lives lost in the 2020 Black Summer bushfires.
