Abstract

The purpose of this second annual report of the evaluation of the NSW Rural Allied Health Locum Project (RAHLP) is to document the findings from the second year of the evaluation, from November 2008 to December 2009. Specifically, this document reports evaluation findings as follows:¢ baseline data from the Greater Southern Area Health Service (GS), where relevant;¢ November 2008 to December 2009 for the Greater Western Area Health Service (GW);¢ September 2008 to December 2009 for the Hunter New England Area Health Service (HNE); and¢ activities conducted in order to include North Coast Area Health Service (NC) in this project and its evaluation. It is important to note that NC decided not to proceed subsequent to ethics approval for their inclusion being granted. As such, this second annual report builds on the findings of the first annual report, which are complementary and should also be considered.
